Key Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Current state radiologic technologist license, if required.
• Demonstrated experience in interventional radiology procedures.
• Solid understanding of radiology safety standards and protocols.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving clinical settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment to support interventional radiology procedures.
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures, confirming informed consent, and providing reassurance.
• Assist physicians during minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Perform necessary imaging studies, ensuring optimal image quality for physician review.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with facility policies.
• Uphold infection control, privacy, and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the wider care team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
