Step into a vital imaging role specializing in both vascular and neuro interventional procedures. This contract position offers diverse, engaging work in a technologically advanced healthcare environment that values expertise and adaptability.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, 40 hours weekly
  • On-call required every other weekend and rotating evenings on weekdays
  • On-call responsibility for one holiday if it falls within the contract duration

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in both vascular and neuro interventional radiology is essential
  • Proficiency in IR Tech duties, with neuro experience prioritized
  • Ability to adapt to new imaging platforms; will receive training for EPIC, Synapse, and Startrack
  • ARRT certification in Radiography; advanced IR certification preferred
  • Valid and current state licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform interventional radiology procedures, specializing in both vascular and neuro cases
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other technologists
  • Ensure proper operation of imaging equipment and adherence to safety protocols
  • Accurately document procedures and maintain detailed patient records in EPIC and related systems
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to urgent cases as scheduled
