Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures with accuracy and safety
  • Assist physicians during a variety of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Adhere to strict protocols for radiation safety and infection control
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and proper technique
  • Monitor patient condition throughout procedures and respond to emergencies as required
  • Maintain detailed records and accurate documentation of each procedure
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to guarantee optimal performance

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an interventional radiology environment
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Compliance with all current licensure requirements
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and radiologic technology principles
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • CPR certification required
