Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography and Interventional Radiography (IR)
• Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure in VA)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an Imaging IR Tech
• Proficiency with imaging equipment and sterile techniques
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology procedures under physician supervision
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment and procedure rooms
• Ensure optimal patient care and safety throughout diagnostic and interventional processes
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health staff
• Adhere to infection control, quality, and safety protocols
