Travel Interventional Radiologic Technologist - Olathe, KS

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
• Day off rotates weekly
• No weekends or required holidays (in case a holiday falls on a scheduled workday, hours adjust accordingly)
• On-call as needed
• Orientation every Monday & Tuesday, plus a bi-weekly nursing orientation (Wednesday–Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of IR procedures, primarily neck down, utilizing Siemens Artis icono, Artis Q, and Artis zee (single-plane systems)
• Scrub for interventional procedures; manage all lines for the hospital, including outpatients
• Work efficiently in siloed, high-volume settings—handling 60–65 cases per day across 7 rooms
• Float to Cambridge IR if needed, and assist with occasional neurovascular procedures (light neuro overflow such as thyroid biopsies)
• Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of IR and scrub experience required; 3+ years and large hospital background preferred
• Peripheral and neurovascular IR experience advantageous
• ARRT Radiography certification and active Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (required at application)
• Must complete initial credentialing one week prior to start
• New graduates are not accepted
