Schedule/Hours:
- Days, 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday, with a rotating day off
- No weekend or standard holiday coverage required
- On-call as needed
Role Overview: Work in a fast-paced, siloed IR department featuring Siemens Systems (Artis icono, Artis Q, Artis zee) with seven active rooms, handling all line placements hospital-wide (including outpatient services) and managing a high patient volume (60–65 cases daily). Occasional floating to the Cambridge IR unit and light neuro cases, such as thyroid biopsies, add to your scope. The setup allows you to work side-by-side with experts, enhancing your procedural proficiency and adaptability.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of IR and scrub experience
- Active ARRT Radiography certification and current Kansas State Board of Healing Arts licensure (required prior to submission)
- Orientation attendance: general (Monday/Tuesday), nursing (Wednesday–Friday, bi-weekly)
- Experience with Siemens equipment preferred
- New graduates not accepted
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years’ in IR, ideally within a large hospital
- Peripheral and neurovascular procedures
