Interventional Radiologic Technologist - Pelham, AL

Qualifications:

• Current certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with a specialization in Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience as an IR Technologist
• Familiarity with advanced imaging modalities and sterile technique
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment for a range of IR procedures
• Assist radiologists and physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided treatments
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort and safety
• Monitor patients’ conditions during procedures, responding to any emergent situations promptly
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities for the department

$2,588 - $2,815/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
