Within a dynamic Interventional Radiology unit, you'll work alongside skilled clinicians and observe varied leadership approaches. Role Highlights:

• Location: Penfield, NY, with assignments far enough away to provide a genuine travel experience
• Setting: Interventional Radiology (IR) in a modern and collaborative hospital unit
• Contract Length: 13 weeks, encouraging both professional and personal growth

Schedule:

• Evening Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• May require working one holiday during the contract

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing and proficient IV skills required
• For candidates licensed outside the US: 2 years of US nursing experience
• Active New York RN license
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong patient interview, assessment, and education abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and interviews, educate patients and families
• Administer medication and IV contrast, monitor pre/post-procedure patients
• Respond to emergencies (code, contrast reaction, falls, etc.)
• Support CT/MRI operations with provided training
• Accurate documentation in EPIC
