Qualifications:

• ARRT certification (VI or CV preferred, or willingness to obtain)
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Demonstrated proficiency with interventional radiology imaging techniques and equipment
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Minimum of one year of recent IR Tech experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring safety and proper function
• Perform high-quality IR imaging studies as ordered by physicians
• Assist with a variety of interventional procedures, supporting radiologists and clinical team members
• Practice strict adherence to sterile technique and patient safety protocols
• Accurately document imaging procedures and observations into electronic health records
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families
