Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) | Rochester, Michigan

Seeking an experienced Imaging - IR Tech to support an Interventional Radiology department for a 13-week assignment. This opportunity requires someone able to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic clinical setting while utilizing advanced IR techniques and Epic charting.

Schedule:

• 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
• Participation in a rotating call schedule is required

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated IR vascular experience is essential
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Current certification and licensure as required for IR Tech roles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IR vascular procedures, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients
• Accurately document all patient interactions and procedures in Epic
• Prepare and maintain IR suite, monitoring equipment and supplies
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during procedures
• Respond promptly to call assignments and urgent cases as scheduled
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and best practices in IR
