Key Qualifications:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• State licensure, or eligibility to obtain, as required
• Previous experience as an IR Tech strongly preferred
• Proven proficiency in operating advanced imaging equipment
• Strong understanding of interventional radiology procedures, safety standards, and sterile technique
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• BLS certification (current)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment with high accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff during image-guided interventions
• Accurately document procedures and patient data
• Uphold infection control and radiation safety guidelines
• Respond rapidly and professionally to changes in patient condition during procedures
