Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
  • Rotational on-call shift coverage after hours
  • Weekend call requirement: Friday 4 PM through Monday 7:30 AM
  • On-call rotation for holidays

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent IR Tech experience
  • Active ARRT (RT)(R) certification required; (VI) preferred
  • Current BLS certification
  • Familiarity with Cerner/RadNet EMR systems preferred
  • Comfort working with adult patients, including inmate population
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures, including Dialysis Cath, IVC, TIPPS, CT biopsy support, and more
  • Operate state-of-the-art imaging equipment (GE Innova, MedRad Injector, GE Logic Book, Angiojet)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including IR RNs and Radiology Assistants
  • Support patient transport and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Participate in on-call rotations and adapt to fast-paced, variable case loads
