Contribute your expertise in Interventional Radiology within a dynamic healthcare environment dedicated to quality patient care. This contract opportunity seeks an experienced professional to perform advanced vascular procedures and support imaging services using the latest technology.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Participation in on-call rotation required

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Advanced IR vascular procedure skills with demonstrated competency
  • Proficient in Epic electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Current radiology certification and licensure as required
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assist in a variety of IR vascular interventions according to physician orders
  • Operate and maintain imaging and radiology equipment, ensuring high quality standards
  • Monitor and document patient status before, during, and after procedures in Epic EMR
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, infection prevention measures, and facility standards
  • Collaborate efficiently with physicians, nursing, and ancillary teams
  • Educate and comfort patients regarding procedures and post-procedure care
  • Ensure prompt and accurate documentation and charge capture

Assignment Details:

  • 13-week contract offering valuable exposure in a respected facility
  • Maintain a regular daytime schedule while participating in an equitable call rotation
