Schedule:

• 4x10 hour shifts (7:30a–6:00p)
• On call every other weekend

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT(R) certification
• Active NYS Radiologic Technologist License
• Current BLS certification
• Interventional Radiology and neurointerventional radiology experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine and complex diagnostic and therapeutic IR and neurointerventional procedures (angiography, embolizations, ablations, myelograms, coilings, clot retrievals)
• Provide both sterile/clinical assistance and technical expertise, including equipment operation and patient care
• Ensure radiation and safety standards are strictly followed
• Instruct students and residents, serving as a preceptor when required
• Conduct quality assurance checks and assist in maintaining inventory
• Utilize internal systems for scheduling and accurate procedural coding
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all hospital protocols
• Engage in ongoing professional development through seminars and educational sessions
