Apply NowA rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Imaging - IR Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures. This contract position offers a chance to apply your specialized skills in a dynamic medical environment with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including every other Wednesday.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment to assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging processes.
- Maintain imaging records and document procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize imaging techniques and patient care.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certified or licensed Radiologic Technologist with specialization in Interventional Radiology.
- Proven experience operating IR imaging equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex protocols.
- Effective communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Every other Wednesday.
