Key Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current registration as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
- Valid state license and BLS certification.
- At least one year of experience as an IR Tech or within an imaging department, specifically handling interventional procedures.
- Proficient in angiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
- Ability to respond to emergent situations with composure and professionalism.
- Strong collaborative skills to work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
- Operate and maintain all imaging equipment used in IR procedures.
- Assist physicians with a variety of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, providing support and reassurance.
- Accurately document procedure details and maintain complete patient records.
- Adhere to infection control guidelines and all regulatory and facility policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IR technology, techniques, and safety protocols.

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
