Interventional Radiologic Technologist - West Hartford, CT

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced IR Tech to contribute advanced imaging skills within a supportive environment. The role involves providing expertise in both vascular and neuro interventional radiology, supporting a variety of patient cases requiring precision and high-quality care.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, 40 hours per week
• On-call responsibilities every other weekend, with rotating call Monday through Friday
• One holiday on-call shift if applicable within the contract dates

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in vascular and neuro interventional radiology procedures—neuro experience is essential
• Proficiency as an IR Tech with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiarity or willingness to train with EPIC, Synapse, and Startrack systems (prior experience not required; training provided)
• Excellent collaborative skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in all imaging procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of complex interventional radiology procedures, including neuro and vascular interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation through electronic health systems (EPIC, Synapse, Startrack)
• Participate in rotating on-call duties as scheduled, responding efficiently to emergent cases
• Consistently uphold infection control and safety protocols
