Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) | West Hartford, Connecticut

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm; 40 hours per week
• On call every other weekend, with rotating call Monday through Friday
• Possible on-call coverage on one holiday during the contract period

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Mandatory experience in neuro interventional radiology
• Skilled in vascular interventional cases
• Willingness to learn new systems, including EPIC, Synapse, and Startrack (prior experience helpful but not required, as training will be provided)
• Current ARRT certification (or equivalent) in Radiography or Interventional Radiology highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional attention to detail and patient safety
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Prepare and assist in complex neuro and vascular interventional radiology procedures
• Ensure accurate imaging, adherence to protocols, and optimal patient positioning
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond to their needs with professionalism
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to deliver outstanding imaging services
• Maintain meticulous documentation and support workflow in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as scheduled

$2,710 - $2,867/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
