Key Qualifications:

  • Certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) required
  • Prior experience working as an IR Tech, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • In-depth familiarity with vascular and non-vascular interventional radiology procedures
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and sterile techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing clinical priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures with precision and attention to patient safety
  • Prepare and operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and image quality
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all procedures performed
  • Follow infection control and equipment safety protocols at all times
  • Assist physicians before, during, and after interventional procedures
  • Monitor patient status and provide comfort and support throughout procedures
  • Keep up with continuing education and relevant certifications as needed

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
