Schedule:
- Day shift
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- On-call rotation: one weekday night every 4th week (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
In this role, you will:
- Independently perform and assist with a broad range of interventional radiology, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional imaging procedures
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, vascular surgeons, and cardiologists to provide exceptional patient care
- Apply critical thinking and advanced clinical skills to position patients and set up equipment for imaging services
- Maintain rigorous compliance with departmental protocols, Joint Commission standards, State and Federal Regulations
- Provide patient and family education for pre- and post-procedural care
- Contribute to departmental performance improvement initiatives and support service excellence
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Valid ARRT (CV, R, or VI) or RCIS credential
- Active BLS certification (ARC or AHA accepted)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interventional special procedures (IR, cardiac, or vascular hybrid settings)
- Demonstrated competency in advanced interventional/vascular techniques, patient positioning, and radiation safety
- Strong communication skills and the ability to function autonomously after orientation
