As an Interventional Radiology Technologist in this travel role, you’ll perform a vital function supporting patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Essential Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- State licensure if applicable
- Previous experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or clinical setting
- Familiarity with radiology equipment and safety protocols
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong communication skills and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist patients for interventional radiology procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment with precision
- Follow strict safety standards to ensure patient and team member safety
- Accurately record imaging data and report findings as required
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other allied health staff
