Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program
- Current ARRT (R) certification; ARRT (VI) or (CV) preferred
- Active state licensure as required
- BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Minimum of one year recent experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of interventional radiology procedures, equipment, and patient safety protocols
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures
- Operate advanced imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Assist physicians during minimally invasive procedures
- Monitor patient condition and maintain accurate records
