Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Radiologic Technology and Mammography from ARRT or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience performing mammograms and related imaging procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge of mammography safety protocols, QA procedures, and imaging best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills for compassionate patient care and effective communication with healthcare teams
• Ability to adapt workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting

Schedule:

• Contract assignment with flexible scheduling opportunities available depending on department needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate mammography equipment to obtain diagnostic images in accordance with established protocols
• Position patients appropriately and explain procedures to provide comfort and confidence
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures as required for regulatory compliance
• Ensure equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance or troubleshooting as needed
• Uphold infection control standards and adhere to all safety and privacy guidelines
