Key Qualifications:

  • Valid ARRT (M) certification required
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current state licensure as required
  • Demonstrated experience in mammography, including screening and diagnostic exams
  • Strong patient communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting digital mammography equipment
  • Commitment to quality assurance, image accuracy, and safe radiation practices

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time contract position
  • Day shift, Monday through Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality mammographic imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the exam while explaining procedures clearly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize diagnostic outcomes
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, documenting quality control activities
  • Adhere strictly to infection control policies, privacy laws, and safety regulations
  • Keep accurate, detailed records of imaging procedures and patient interactions
