Mammography Technologist in Beverly Hills, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule
• Daily shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM (specific hours may vary based on department needs)
• Five 8-hour shifts per week (day shift)
• Flexibility to float between departments within the main campus as required

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Mammo Tech license and CRT (M) certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• ARRT certification (highly preferred)
• Minimum of two years of recent experience in mammography (required)
• Open to professionals taking on their first travel assignment
• Proficient in screening and diagnostic mammography (2D and 3D), wire and radar localizations, and stereotactic biopsy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, including advanced 2D and 3D imaging
• Conduct wire and radar localization procedures as required
• Execute stereotactic biopsies with precision and attention to patient comfort
• Float between various imaging departments within the main hospital campus as needed
• Adapt to department workflow, handling an approximate daily caseload of 150
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and patients to ensure high standards of imaging care
