An outstanding opportunity is available for a knowledgeable imaging professional experienced in mammography. This assignment is set for a 13-week duration, focusing on providing high-quality mammography imaging and patient care within an established healthcare environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 38 hours per week, with no weekend or on-call shifts required

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ARRT registry with Mammography (ARRT(M)) and Radiography (ARRT(R)) credentials
• Proven expertise with mammography procedures and quality control
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to imaging protocols and maintain accurate records

Responsibilities:

• Acquire high-quality mammographic images in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Assess and position patients for a variety of mammography exams, ensuring comfort and safety
• Accurately document procedures and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate with radiologists and other healthcare personnel to deliver efficient imaging services
• Monitor imaging equipment, perform routine quality checks, and report malfunctions promptly
