As a skilled Mammography Technologist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting women's health through the delivery of high-quality imaging services. Qualifications:

• Active ARRT (Mammography) or equivalent certification in Mammography Technology
• Current state licensure as required
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a mammography role
• Proficient in operating mammography equipment and adhering to imaging protocols
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and infection control standards
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient service skills
• Ability to manage patient schedules, records, and confidentiality with accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with physician orders and best practices
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining steps and ensuring comfort throughout
• Accurately position patients and equipment to capture quality diagnostic images
• Maintain proper documentation and electronic health records for each patient
• Monitor equipment functionality, assist with routine maintenance, and promptly report any malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including radiation safety standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to facilitate efficient workflow and timely patient care
