Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Mammography Technologist

- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Responsibilities:
- Operate digital mammography equipment and perform screening and diagnostic exams according to physician orders
- Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Prepare and maintain imaging rooms and necessary documentation before and after procedures
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the imaging process
- Effectively address patient questions and concerns
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff for accurate image interpretation and timely workflow
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and report technical malfunctions as needed
