Mammography Technologist - Galt, CA

Make an immediate impact in women's health by providing expert mammography imaging services during a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Five 8-hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT(M) certification in Mammography
• Current BLS certification
• Valid MRT and California Radiologic Technologist License required
• Demonstrated experience in mammography imaging, with a strong understanding of imaging protocols and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality imaging and accurate documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols, providing exceptional care and reassurance to patients throughout the process
• Ensure all images meet diagnostic quality standards and support the timely diagnosis and treatment of breast health concerns
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines for radiation safety, infection control, and patient privacy
• Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient workflow and outstanding patient outcomes
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain patient records in accordance with facility policies
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives as needed
