Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
Qualifications:
- Active ARRT(M) certification in Mammography
- Current BLS certification
- Valid MRT and California Radiologic Technologist License required
- Demonstrated experience in mammography imaging, with a strong understanding of imaging protocols and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality imaging and accurate documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols, providing exceptional care and reassurance to patients throughout the process
- Ensure all images meet diagnostic quality standards and support the timely diagnosis and treatment of breast health concerns
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines for radiation safety, infection control, and patient privacy
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient workflow and outstanding patient outcomes
- Accurately document all procedures and maintain patient records in accordance with facility policies
- Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives as needed
