Mammography Technologist - Glastonbury, Connecticut

Seeking a skilled professional to provide dedicated support at a diagnostic mammography site utilizing Hologic equipment. This is a contract opportunity ideal for an experienced Mammography Technologist interested in a dynamic, high-quality imaging environment.

Schedule options include:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Alternatively, four 10-hour shifts per week, if preferred

Key qualifications:

• ARRT certification in mammography is required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a mammography technologist (additional experience strongly valued)
• Proficiency in performing diagnostic mammograms; biopsy skills are not required
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with Hologic mammography equipment preferred

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional diagnostic mammography exams to support patient care
• Operate Hologic imaging equipment with attention to quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
