Mammography Technologist in Gresham, OR

Step into an essential role supporting women's health as a Mammography Technologist on a 13-week contract assignment. This opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in imaging and mammography in a collaborative clinical setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic care.

Schedule:

• 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• 8-hour day shifts (8:30am–5:00pm)

Qualifications:

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Mammography [ARRT(M)]
• Current licensure as a technologist in the state of Oregon
• Prior experience with mammography imaging technology strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver compassionate patient care
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and technical abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality mammographic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocol
• Prepare and educate patients for imaging studies, addressing questions and providing support
• Accurately document patient information and exam details in the electronic health record system
• Maintain safe, clean, and fully functional imaging equipment and workspaces
• Adhere to all infection control policies, quality assurance measures, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
