Mammography Technologist in High Point, NC

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8-hour shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mammography
• Current mammography certification and credentials required
• Experience in both screening and diagnostic mammography is highly preferred, but not required
• Technologists with experience in only screening or diagnostic mammography may be considered and trained accordingly
• Strong communication and patient care skills are essential
• Candidates with additional experience in breast ultrasound are highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms according to established clinical protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Accurately document and manage patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff for optimal patient care
• Remain current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing training as required
