Mammography Technologist in Hillsboro, OR

Deliver high-quality patient care and advanced diagnostic services as a skilled Mammography Technologist. This opportunity spans 13 weeks, utilizing state-of-the-art Holgic mammography equipment to support women’s health and early detection initiatives.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm
• Possible rotating Saturday shifts with a day off during the week

Qualifications:

• ARRT(M) certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• Oregon radiology license required (candidates without the current license are welcome to interview, but must obtain before starting)
• Previous experience as a Mammo Tech strongly preferred
• Proficient in operation of Holgic imaging systems a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammographic imaging procedures with a focus on patient comfort, safety, and image excellence
• Operate advanced Holgic equipment and verify quality of images for accurate diagnostics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and departmental policies
• Educate patients on the procedure, answering questions and alleviating concerns
• Maintain accurate records and assist with department workflow as needed
• Collaborate effectively with fellow technologists and radiologists to deliver timely results
