Mammography Technologist in Homestead, FL

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Facility hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
• 13-week duration with the possibility of extension

Qualifications:

• Must not be a resident of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties
• Valid FL State license as a General Radiographer
• Current ARRT certification
• Completion of an Initial Mammography Course with at least 40 hours of documented training
• 15 breast-specific CME credits obtained within the last 36 months
• Detailed record of mammograms performed in the past 24 months, or reinstatement with proper documentation of 25 supervised cases as per MQSA guidelines
• Submission of a college diploma or transcripts is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality mammography imaging following all regulatory and clinical protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exams
• Accurately document all procedures and participate in the maintenance of patient records
