Step into a rewarding role supporting the care journey for patients in need of mammographic imaging services. This opportunity centers on providing high-quality screening and diagnostic exams in a dynamic clinical setting. Using your expertise as a Mammography Technologist, you’ll contribute to early detection and support compassionate patient care.

Desired Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (R) certification, with Mammography (M) credentials
  • Demonstrated recent experience as a Mammo Tech in an imaging department or breast center
  • Proficiency in mammography imaging equipment and best practices
  • Strong understanding of patient positioning, safety, and privacy protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active BLS certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms following established imaging protocols
  • Prepare and position patients appropriately, ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Accurately record patient histories and maintain detailed exam records
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical staff to ensure optimal workflow
  • Maintain imaging equipment, manage daily quality control checks, and document maintenance activities
  • Provide empathetic support to patients, explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Adhere to infection control, clinical safety, and confidentiality standards
