Schedule:

  • 5 shifts per week
  • 8-hour shifts (8:00am–5:00pm)
  • Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

  • Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • ARRT (M) Mammography registration
  • MRT and valid California Radiologic Technologist License
  • Proficiency operating digital mammography equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties:

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography according to established protocols
  • Prepare and educate patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
  • Accurately document imaging findings and maintain patient records
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to provide comprehensive care
  • Regularly inspect and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any issues as needed
  • Adhere to all infection control, radiation safety, and compliance standards
  • Participate in ongoing quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
