Mammography Technologist in Miami, FL

Seeking an experienced professional skilled in mammography imaging for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone with a keen understanding of advanced imaging technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Schedule:

• 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
• Certified by ARRT(M) in Mammography
• At least 2 years of recent experience as a Mammo Tech
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff effectively
• Reliable and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mammography equipment to produce diagnostic images
• Position patients accurately while ensuring their comfort and safety
• Follow established protocols and quality assurance procedures
• Maintain accurate records and assist with paperwork as needed
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver excellent care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
