Travel Mammography Technologist Assignment – Day Shift | Westwood, KS

A highly experienced Mammography Technologist is needed for a full-time travel assignment in Westwood, Kansas. This is an advanced breast imaging opportunity for a technologist who is comfortable performing complex diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Assignment Details

• Location: Westwood, KS
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 4x10s | Monday–Friday
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Scheduling Notes: Shifts scheduled based on department needs with one weekday off each week
• Floating: None
• Weekends: None
• Call: None
• Holidays: Not required
• Orientation: 2-day orientation during first week (Monday & Tuesday)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Mammography Technologist experience in a hospital setting
• ARRT (R) & ARRT (M) certifications (required)
• Active Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) license must be in hand at submission
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong experience with advanced breast imaging procedures including:
  • Prone biopsies
  • Upright biopsies
  • Breast localizations
  • Contrast-enhanced mammography
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume department
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Hologic Dimensions experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome
