Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M) required
  • Demonstrated clinical competency in performing digital mammography and related procedures
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and imaging best practices
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in mammography
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring image quality and patient safety
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely, accurate results
  • Document patient histories and maintain accurate imaging records within the electronic medical system
  • Uphold infection control policies, equipment maintenance, and department protocols
  • Support quality improvement and compliance activities as needed
