A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Mammography Technologist in North Adams, MA. This role requires expertise in mammography imaging and demands precision and care in providing diagnostic breast imaging services. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography imaging according to established protocols and standards.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Accurately document patient histories and imaging results.
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes.
- Adapt to weekend and evening shifts as required.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- ARRT(R) Certification – Required
- ARRT(M) Certification – Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ X-Ray experience with at least 1 year current experience.
- Minimum of 2 years current mammography experience.
- Experience with Meditech Expanse is strongly preferred.
- Reliable transportation is essential for this position.
- Availability to work the posted schedule without exceptions; no 10 or 12-hour shift requests will be considered.
