Seeking an experienced professional to deliver high-quality mammography imaging services in a supportive, dynamic healthcare setting. This opportunity is for a 13-week contract position, ideal for those dedicated to patient-centered care and advancing diagnostic accuracy.
Schedule/Hours:
- 5 x 8-hour shifts per week
- Day shift: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active ARRT(M) credential
- Current Oregon radiologic technologist license
- Proven proficiency in mammography imaging procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support patients through sensitive procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography examinations following established protocols and safety standards
- Thoroughly prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and accuracy during imaging
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare providers to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately maintain patient records and adhere to organizational confidentiality standards
- Ensure safe operation of imaging equipment, complete routine maintenance checks, and promptly report technical issues
- Educate patients on exam procedures, addressing questions or concerns to promote understanding and reduce anxiety

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
