Mammography Technologist - Plymouth, IN

Deliver high-quality patient care as an expert in Imaging—specifically Mammography—in a streamlined, supportive clinical environment. This contract position spans 13 weeks and offers the opportunity to apply your specialized skills as a Mammo Tech, working with a collaborative healthcare team to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 38 hours per week
• No weekends, no on-call shifts

Qualifications:

• Active certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ARRT (M) and (R) credentials are required
• Experience performing a wide range of mammography exams
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to accurately position patients for optimal imaging results and ensure quality assurance protocols are met

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct digital mammography examinations as ordered by physicians
• Maintain accurate documentation within imaging records
• Uphold safety, infection control, and radiation protection standards
• Assist with patient questions and ensure a comfortable, compassionate experience throughout their exam
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for diagnostic excellence
