A skilled technologist is needed for a 13-week assignment specializing in mammography. This position involves performing high-quality imaging procedures using state-of-the-art Hologic equipment, supporting vital diagnostic services for patients and collaborating closely with radiologists and healthcare teams.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Day shifts only—no call or weekends required

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT(M) certification
  • Active Rhode Island Radiologic Technologist license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Proven experience in mammography, with confidence working independently on all Hologic imaging platforms
  • Strong technical, organizational, and patient care skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise, high-quality mammography imaging for diagnostic and screening procedures
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout every exam
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and facility protocols for imaging and infection control
  • Prepare Hologic equipment and exam rooms prior to each patient
  • Provide clear communication and compassionate care to patients from intake through completion of their visit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely and accurate imaging results

$2,838 - $2,992/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
