Qualifications & Experience:

• Current ARRT (M) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing mammography exams in a clinical or hospital setting
• Proficiency with digital mammography equipment and procedures
• Strong understanding of patient positioning, radiation safety, and image quality assessment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Demonstrated ability to follow established protocols and maintain thorough documentation

Schedule:

• Full-time, contracted hours
• Weekday shifts; potential for occasional weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
• Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment to obtain optimal images
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients undergoing mammography
• Support a safe, efficient workflow while prioritizing patient care
