Qualifications/Experience:

• Current certification and registration in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), with additional Mammography certification.
• Prior hands-on experience performing mammograms and related imaging procedures.
• Strong understanding of digital mammography equipment and quality assurance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and compassionate support.
• Adherence to all safety, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records and upholding best practices in diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality mammography imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Position patients accurately and ensure proper technique for optimal image capture.
• Verify patient identification and medical history to ensure safe and appropriate imaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all imaging equipment and rooms.
• Document imaging procedures and ensure timely entry into patient records.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and care.
• Participate in ongoing quality control and continuing education as required.
