  • Current certification and registration as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M preferred)
  • Valid state license as required

  • Knowledge of digital imaging technology and current mammography protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and privacy standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide compassionate care to patients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams using state-of-the-art equipment
  • Ensure accurate image capture and proper patient positioning to maximize clarity and diagnostic value
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by policy and regulatory agencies
  • Monitor and implement strict infection control and radiation safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and imaging results
  • Prepare and reassure patients, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout the experience
  • Participate in ongoing quality assurance initiatives
