Key Qualifications:

• Certified in Imaging: Mammography
• Proven experience as a Mammography Technologist
• Strong knowledge of breast imaging procedures and imaging equipment
• Ability to instruct, position, and support patients for optimal diagnostic radiographs
• Familiarity with procedures such as needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms
• Capable of accurate manual data entry for preparation of dictation and billing
• Adherence to strict attendance policies: maximum of 1 unscheduled absence and 2 tardies for the full contract
• Commitment to facility standards for safety, cleanliness, and equipment supply

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support breast biopsy procedures, working alongside providers during needle localizations and imaging interventions
• Instruct and position patients for a variety of mammography imaging exams to ensure diagnostic image quality
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Perform accurate manual data entry to prepare for dictation and administrative processing
• Uphold all facility policies and procedures
