Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (M) or equivalent mammography credentials preferred
• Demonstrated experience in mammography, including patient positioning and mammogram image acquisition
• Familiarity with current imaging technology, safety protocols, and best practices
• Effective communication skills and empathy in patient interactions
• Previous experience assisting with breast biopsy procedures is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Assist in breast biopsy procedures such as needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms
• Instruct and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper supply levels in the imaging environment
• Enter patient and procedural data accurately for seamless documentation and preparation
• Adhere to all policies and protocols as required
