Mammography Technologist in Warwick, RI

Schedule:

• 4x10-hour day shifts
• Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• No call or weekends

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT(M) certification required
• Valid BLS certification
• Active RI state license for radiologic technologists
• At least one year of recent experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred
• Skilled in performing high-quality mammography images using Hologic systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to support patient comfort and safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic mammography procedures adhering to established protocols and safety standards
• Accurately position patients and operate Hologic imaging equipment
• Ensure clear, complete image documentation and timely submission for radiologist review
• Maintain a patient-focused approach, explaining procedures and providing reassurance throughout the imaging process
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as facility-specific policies
• Support a culture of safety, timeliness, and quality within the imaging department
