Experienced professionals in mammography imaging are invited to support patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment for a 13-week engagement. The role is focused on conducting high-quality mammographic procedures using state-of-the-art Hologic equipment, ensuring accurate imaging and compassionate patient interaction throughout each appointment.
Schedule:
- 4x10-hour shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- No call or weekend shifts
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT(M) certification required
- Active Rhode Island state license in Radiologic Technology
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience performing mammography imaging, with proficiency in Hologic systems preferred
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach to imaging protocols and safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and diagnostic mammography exams adhering to physician orders and established protocols
- Operate Hologic mammography equipment with a focus on image quality and patient comfort
- Explain procedures, answer patient questions, and provide support throughout the imaging process
- Ensure detailed patient records and image documentation in compliance with privacy and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing staff, and administrative personnel for seamless workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe imaging suite, following all infection control practices

$2,838 - $2,992/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
