Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday with Saturday rotation as required
- Day shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; hours may vary depending on department needs
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
- On-call not required
- Floating to other departments within the main campus is anticipated
Qualifications:
- Valid California Mammography Technologist license and CRT (M) credential required
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification highly preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years’ mammography experience required
- Open to first-time travelers—opportunities for both experienced professionals and those new to traveling roles
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography, including both 2D and 3D imaging modalities
- Execute wire localizations, radar localizations, and stereotactic biopsies as part of the department’s procedural offerings
- Provide patient care and support throughout imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to the smooth, efficient workflow across radiology departments
- Adapt to floating assignments as needed, helping to meet staffing needs throughout the main campus
