This travel Imaging Technologist opportunity focuses primarily on CT, while also requiring X-ray proficiency. You’ll work with advanced equipment, expand your technical acumen, and hone independent decision-making skills as you contribute to exceptional patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment; flexible scheduling may be available depending on need

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Registered technologist with demonstrated CT and X-ray competency
• Experience using PACS, HIS, RIS, CR, DR, and CT systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at clinical documentation and messaging
• History of maintaining patient confidentiality and practicing infection control in accordance with OSHA and hospital standards
• Capability to provide instruction or limited supervision if assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full array of diagnostic radiology and advanced CT scan procedures, including IV insertions/injections
• Apply independent critical thinking and technical judgment to facilitate diagnoses
• Complete annual mandatory education, including infection control, blood borne pathogens, and safety protocols
• Troubleshoot and operate multiple imaging applications confidently
• Maintain required departmental competencies
