Schedule/Hours
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7 PM – 7 AM
Required Qualifications
- Active BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- ARRT (MR) certification; Certified MRI Technologist
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience (first-time travelers welcome)
- Comfortable with Siemens equipment; Philips experience preferred
- Experience with musculoskeletal, neuro, abdominal/pelvic, oncology, breast, pacer, ICU, and NICU imaging
- Ability to start IVs
- Strong preference for Level II (or I) trauma experience
- Strict 75-mile radius requirement from home address to Albany, GA
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI scans (average 30/day) on various patient populations
- Utilize PACS (McKesson or Change Healthcare) and Meditech EMR systems
- Coordinate care with radiologists and department supervisors
- Complete comprehensive imaging for inpatients and outpatients, including high-acuity cases
- Wear department-specified scrubs (black, with black/gray jacket)
