Advance your career in medical imaging with a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. This role offers a focused schedule with the opportunity to work with the latest imaging equipment in a supportive environment dedicated to quality patient care.

Schedule:

  • Thursday through Sunday
  • Combination of 2x12-hour shifts and 2x8-hour day shifts

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT(MR) certification required
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Proficient in administering contrast agents safely
  • Experience utilizing Epic/PACS systems for documentation and imaging workflow
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Prior experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI examinations following established protocols and guidelines
  • Administer contrast materials as directed and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal image quality
  • Maintain accurate patient records within Epic/PACS systems
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical staff to provide timely, effective diagnostic information
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and infection control standards
